Zimmermann’s Café Chamber Music is an organization whose mission is the presentation of chamber music concerts featuring classical music written by composers living and working in South Florida; i.e., chiefly Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. The concerts are presented in an informal setting in which the composers are on hand to field questions from attendees.

Zimmermann's Cafe – PRESENTING NEW WORKS BY SOUTH FLORIDA COMPOSERS Zimmermanns Cafe Presenting New Works By South Florida Composers We present informal musical events in nontraditional venues with the composers on hand to talk about the musicand converse with the audience. Our inspiration is Gottfried Zimmermann whose coffee shop in 18thcentury Leipzig hosted the collegium musicum founded by Telemann and directed by J. S. Bach.
