OneOnOne Career Mentoring for Law Students and Lawyers Our Mission Older Wiser Lawyer Mentors is a nonprofit network of volunteer mentors dedicated to providing free oneonone mentoring to law students and lawyers as they navigate their legal careers. Our Focus Older Wiser Lawyer Mentors is focused on helping individuals who are the first in their families to become lawyers. Firstgeneration professionals especially those from diverse backgrounds often lack the family connections and other resources that can provide a head start for their peers. OWL Mentors hopes to narrow that gap and promote a more equitable and diverse legal profession by connecting firstgeneration law students and lawyers with experienced attorneys for free oneonone career mentoring.
