TEXAS CONSUMERCREDIT COALITION ABOUT TCCC The Texas Consumer Credit Coalition is a memberdriven organization comprised of national responsible installment lenders that are licensed by the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner and regulated in accordance with Chapter 342E of the Texas Finance Code. The Coalitions members include companies that have proudly served Texas borrowers since the 1980s. The Coalition and its members support strong regulations that will allow Texans to manage planned or unplanned credit needs which helps protect and promote financial opportunity and mobility. Such regulations allow communitybased lenders to expand their business in the State hire more Texans and contribute in a meaningful way to the States revenue and tax base.
