The Association of Substance Abuse Programs Home What Wex27re About More About Us Resources Contact More About the Association The Association of Substance Abuse Programs ASAP is a statewide organization that provides coordinated leadership to ensure Texans have access to a full spectrum of substance use disorder services. ASAP represents over 60 organizations that provide prevention treatment and recovery services across the state. To fulfill the goal of ensuring access to a quality continuum of services ASAP interacts regularly with state agencies to develop regulations that are conductive to conducting business in Texas and advocates at the state and national levels for favorable public policies and funding opportunities. ASAP also serves as a conduit a for timely information networking and support for provider leadership and senior staff.
