Propel New Works promotes the multiple benefits shared within communities when we fully support our storytellers. Propel focuses on four areas to help scriptwriters and communities thrive: a. Creating an environment of extensive mentorship, guiding serious writers through the full spectrum of play development. b. Hosting monthly writers’ groups where new work is workshopped among peers. c. Helping to fill the creative community and career opportunity gaps for writers unable to access the industry pipeline. d. Hosting workshops and public events for public health & education, mental wellness programs, and socially conscious groups sponsoring non-traditional, novice, or first chance writers who benefit from cultivating their creativity while working within a shared experiences group.
