With 176 lodges in 19 Districts the California-Hawaii Elks Association CHEA serves disabled children, veterans, and our youth in wide range of activities. With 168 lodges the California-Hawaii Elks Association serves disabled children, veterans, and our youth. See our story for links to districts PROVIDED CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE TO CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES WHO ARE FROM BIRTH TO 18 YEARS OF AGE BY PROVIDING FREE OF CHARGE HOME-BASED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY, PHYSICAL THERAPY, SPEECH-LANGUAGE THERAPY AS WELL AS FREE OF CHARGE VISION SCREENING IN PRESCHOOL AND DAYCARE CENTERS.
