Georgia Association of Public Plan Trustees In 2009 the GAPPT was established as a nonprofit organization solely dedicated topromoting education for public retirement system fiduciaries. With our members managing over twentythree billion dollars in plan assets webelievean educated fiduciary is an effective fiduciary. In addition to our Certified Retirement Plan Fiduciary curriculum the GAPPT offers educational programming with topics pertinent to public retirement plan trustees and staff members. The Georgia Association of Public Plan Trustees is an IACET Accredited Provider In February of 2022 the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training IACET awarded GAPPT the prestigious Accredited Provider accreditation.
