Array of Sight a virtual arts competition for young artists in the Middle East and North Africa aims to nurture their talents through partnership and showcase their work to the world. To support development in Syrias liberated northeast the Arab Council helps local engineers remove landmines and boost agricultural yields with help from an unlikely teacher.
