We, the Board of Hill County C.A.R.E.s., Inc, seek to establish an grow positive and trusting relationships between the youth of Hill County and the First Responders in their community. We seek to accomplish this by the coordination of positive interaction between the two groups through the cooperation of local schools, churches and athletic sponsors.
