The purpose of the Prevention Council is to provide education, information and referral services on the subjects of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. Our purpose is to strengthen individuals, families, schools and communities to combat, reduce and overcome the damaging effects of substance abuse, violence, and other destructive behavior.
