All-volunteer foster-based cat rescue and spay/neuter assistance in the Syracuse, NY area. Our mission is to change the world for homeless cats in Central New York...four paws at a time! We adopt cats into new forever homes and operate a large low-cost spay/neuter program for low-income households and rescuers in our community. Our mission is to end overpopulation of cats by ensuring that all pet cats are altered before they can breed.

Our organization is 100 volunteer run with no physical shelter. Changing the Lives of Cats in our Community Our goal is to end cat homelessness and overpopulation through education affordable spayneuter adoption and TNR. We find new forever homes for more than 1000 cats and kittens and facilitate spayneuter surgeries for 2500 lowincome owners and animals in foster care each year.
