Wakeupreachup Inc
Our mission is to equip homeless young adults(18-25) to take charge of their lives by obtaining and sustaining permanent housing, becoming educationally equipped to become a part of a skilled workforce while obtaining a positive view of themselves and building healthy relationships. The housing with supportive services will provide a solid foundation and a Personalized Action Plan (PAP) that each participant can use to become economically independent, thrive and succeed as productive self-supporting citizens. Participants will have an opportunity to progress through the three phases of the program to obtain stable housing, a sustainable career and financial stability with lease to home ownership if desired.
