FOCUS ON ADDING VALUE FIRST. 2) LIKE - RECOGNIZE AND RESPECT WHO THE MEMBER IS AS A PERSON, ENOUGH TO LIKE THEM. THE MORE SOMEONE LIKES YOU, THE MORE THEY BEGIN TO TRUST YOU.
