The board works to fulfill the mission and vision of the association. Members are residents of the neighborhood whose annual dues support publication of a newsletter The Neighbor the OldFashioned Ice Cream Social the Big Rock Jazz and Blues Fest and the Reforestation Program as well as other events and efforts. Join HDNA If you live or do business in the HighlandsDouglass neighborhood we would welcome your active participation in HDNA through membership andor by volunteering your time and talent.
