About Us Who We Are The HighlandsDouglass Neighborhood Association HDNA is a community organization overseen by a 16member board elected by its members at the annual meeting. The board works to fulfill the mission and vision of the association. Members are residents of the neighborhood whose annual dues support publication of a newsletter The Neighbor the OldFashioned Ice Cream Social the Big Rock Jazz and Blues Fest and the Reforestation Program as well as other events and efforts.
