PROVIDES LIBRARY SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY OF TELLICO VILLAGE. THIS INCLUDES BOOKS, DVDS, CD COMPUTER SERVICE AND COMMUNITY SERVICES. THIS IS ALL DONE WITH VOLUNTEER HOURS BOTH AT THE FRONT DESK AND FUND RAISING.
