As a licensed contractor, I Founded Concrete Change to provide mentoring and hands-on Construction industry training to ages (16-24). C.O.N.C.R.E.T.E Change mission is to positively affect the lives of as many youths as possible, by developing a solid foundation that all our youth can depend on for guidance and structure.
