The Stability Network – Changing the way we talk about mental health

With a network of over 300 Leaders empowered to share their stories of lived experience with mental health challenges, we are changing the way that people talk about mental health. Grounded in the evidence-based practice called the contact hypothesis, The Stability Network's approach is designed to reduce the stigma that prevents people living with mental health conditions from thriving in their communities and workplaces. Our trained advocates share their stories in a way that inspires and encourages those experiencing mental health challenges, as well as their loved ones and employers.
