Serving York County and beyond, we equip individuals with essential resources and support through suicide prevention programs, mental health, and family assistance initiatives. Building Bridges for Brianna is located in York County, Pennsylvania, to help deal with and preventing suicidal and non-suicidal self-injury in members of our community. Even though we are located in York we stretch nationally with our efforts. Building Bridges for Brianna is the creation of Matt Dorgan. Matt created the organization in response to his grief from the loss of his 15-year-old daughter Brianna Dorgan to suicide on December 3, 2020. He formed a board and team that have had similar experiences that want to work toward helping others.

We are happy to be working with Anytime Fitness Shrewsberry for their 24 Hour treadmill challenge to spread the word about mental health. This is a what building the bridge looks like with the communities help. Working out can help release endorphins that help with mental health as well as reducing stress and many other benefits.
