Hero of the Day! It’s been a little while since we last posted a Hero of the Day — sometimes even heroes need a break. Today, we’re honoring a person who recently stepped into the role of safety and risk manager after more than eight years in direct patient care. Michelle has embraced this new challenge with confidence, dedication and heart — taking the reins and making an immediate impact. Aviva Health is undoubtedly a better (and safer) place because of her presence. Beyond her professional contributions, Michelle brings genuine joy to every interaction.
