Out in Climate Home About Team Partners More Creating a communityforLGBTQ professionalsin climate Mission Since our founding in 2022 Out in Climate has hosted 25 eventsconnecting over 1000 queer climate professionalsacross a broad swath of organizations including climate startups investors corporates government and NGOs. Vision Addressing climate change is the challenge of our lifetimes. Marginalized populations including LGBTQ individuals are disproportionately harmed by climate changeand are underrepresented in the spaces where solutions are designed. It is crucial that diverse perspectives are meeting this challenge and that we support and uplift LGBTQ climate advocates and leaders.
