Our chief target is to provide loving families that are safe, stable and permanent for children who have been deprived of these opportunities. Mission 823 engages governments, local authorities, national NGO’s, churches and international non-profits with likeminded passion to be an advocate for the voiceless. We work tirelessly to bring awareness, develop policy, implement strategies, train leaders, build brick and mortar facilities and identify resources to provide sustainable and duplicatable systems for these forgotten children.
