We foster the formation of new humane societies, promote humane education, work to establish better laws for the protection of animals and the enforcement of these laws by our State Justice System in Louisiana. We believe that the power of humane individuals and humane groups to make a positive difference is multiplied by coordinated action. Together we are stronger.
