OBJECTIVE 2 - TO PROVIDE RECREATION AND EXERCISE FACILITIES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF THE COMMUNITY. OBJECTIVE 3 - TO PROVIDE SECURITY AND WELFARE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE COMMUNITY.
