THE STANDARDS ARE A MAJOR STEP IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VISION FAIRBANKS DOWNTOWN PLAN - A COMMUNITY SUPPORTED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN TO INVEST IN DOWNTOWN ROADS AND SIDEWALKS, AND GUIDE NEW CONSTRUCTION IN THE DOWNTOWN CORE.
