We are dedicated to the cats&dogs pulled from local kill shelters. We love 'em & teach 2 b great pets Off the Chain specializes in training shelter pets and adopted / rescued pets. OTC will customize the training and/or behavior management / modification needed to suit your pet's and family's unique issues. OTC understands that, like humans, every pet is an individual and they all have different needs. We help owners / adopters learn to communicate with their pets to build the strongest bonds possible. Training and behavior modification / management helps to inspire confidence and allows pets to be socialized in public, keeping both the pets, their owners, and their families safe. We provide a better experience for the adopters while saving the lives of shelter pets. We want them to know that they have chosen the right dog based on their unique needs, even if they don't adopt from us.
