PBOBI :: Home 2025 PBOBIAPRIL 1012 2025. Ceremonies and Presentations We have been able to secure our previous venue for ceremonies and presentations at the Del Rio Civic Center. The Civic Center is located at 1915 Veterans BLVD Del Rio TX 78840. Registration Registration will open on Thursday April 10th 1200 pm at the Del Rio Civic Center.
