Our Mission Our Hands Together OHT is a trusted 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2022 dedicated to empowering youth supporting families assisting seniors and providing aid to individuals experiencing homelessness. Through communitydriven programs essential resources and unwavering support we work to build a stronger more compassionate and inclusive society. At OHT we believe that no one should be left behindregardless of age background or circumstance. Our mission is to foster an environment of dignity empowerment and opportunity ensuring that vulnerable individuals have access to housing support food assistance and pathways to stability.
