Colorado Immigrant Justice Fund Colorado Immigrant Justice Fund Why We Do What We Do In the United States immigrants who are fighting deportation do not have the right to an attorney forcing most immigrants to navigate the complicated legal landscape alone. Not surprisingly only 3 5 of immigrants without attorneys win their cases while immigrants with attorneys are up to 11 times more likely to win. This is why we have created this sustainable model that will raise legal funds for immigrants who currently are or recently have been detained in detention centers around the country. How it works What happens after you donate.
