THE FUND IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE, AND IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY TO FURTHER THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF ITS MEMBERS, INCLUDING RELIEF OF VULNERABLE AND EXTREMELY LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS, ELIMINATION OF RACIAL DISCRIMINATION, COMBATTING COMMUNITY DETERIORATION, ENHANCING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT, AND LESSENING THE BURDENS OF GOVERNMENT IN THE FIVE-COUNTY REGION LOCATED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA CONSISTING OF SAN FRANCISCO, SAN MATEO, SANTA CLARA, ALAMEDA AND CONTRA COSTA COUNTIES (THE "BAY AREA") BY FINANCING THE CREATION OF NEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND THE PRESERVATION OF EXISTING AFFORDABLE HOUSING.

Community Housing Fund LLC
The historic Hinchliffe Stadium in Patterson, NJ reopened in 2023 after a $100M, award-winning renovation. One of the last remaining stadiums in the country to host Negro League baseball games during the 1930s and 1940s, the 90+ year-old Hinchliffe Stadium is now the stomping grounds for local pro, semi-pro and high school sports teams. This includes the NJ Shore Wave, a women’s pro football team, and the Lady Knights flag football team from nearby JFK High School.
