San Francisco Benefit District Alliance The San Francisco Benefit District Alliance is a 501c6 organization designed to promote the common interests of the property and business improvement assessment districts within San Francisco. The formation of the San Francisco Benefit District Alliance allows the member districts to advocate for policy change at the local and state level as one unified voice. The Alliance is led by leaders within each benefit district. These representatives serve on the committees and task forces of the Alliance including the executive committee finance committee governance task force advocacy task force or public relations task force.
