Ks For Keegan is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to raise organ donation awareness and support physical health and wellbeing of solid organ recipients and their families through sport. The mission of Ks For Keegan is to spread organ donation & disability inclusion awareness through sport. Keegan is the youngest & smallest heart transplant recipient in Texas. Due to additional medical conditions, he races triathlons & road races (earning those "Ks" or kilometers) as a push-assist team in a specialized racing wheelchair. His goal is to be able to support the physical health & fitness of other solid organ recipients & their families/caregivers. Physical activity & good nutrition are vital in the longevity of donor organs, and yet, it is an existing gap in support within the transplant community. Ks For Keegan challenges solid organ recipients to see what they can do #becauseofanorgandonor!

Ks For Keegan | Non-Profit Meet Keegan. Keegan Harrison received the lifesaving gift of a heart transplant on September 19 2007. At one week old and less than 5lbs he became the youngest and smallest heart transplant recipient in Texas and the smallest in the country.
