Our mission is to strengthen progress in Haiti, empowering local leaders for long-lasting change. Light from Light supports the Lespwa Timoun ("Hope for Children") Clinic in three primary areas: nutrition, access to healthcare, and women and children. Light from Light is a 501(c) 3 non-profit focused on caring for and building up communities in need. We partner with local leaders and organizations that are on site and effectively transforming the lives around them. Our mission is to strengthen the foundations of progress in Haitian communities, empowering them for long-lasting change. In Haiti, Light from Light partners with Lespwa Timoun Clinic (which means βHope for Children") to deliver health, nutrition and educational services to those in need in eight communities in and around Croix-des-Bouquets. When communities improve, the whole world improves.

Despite the ongoing instability in Haiti our clinic continues to provide criticallyneeded healthcare in the PortauPrince area. Amid extreme unrest and humanitarian challenges our neighbors in Haiti need relief now more than ever. While insecurity has required the team on the ground to adapt how and where they work the Lespwa Timoun Clinic remains open to help families access vital services during this extended crisis including primary healthcare and medications prenatal and maternal care and food and nutrition especially for children.
