TO SERVE THE HOME BUILDERS OF LOUISIANA BY REPRESENTING THE HOME BUILDER INDUSTRY BEFORE STATE AND REGULATORY BODIES, SERVE AS CHIEF ADVOCATE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS, EDUCATE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS TO THE ADVANTAGES OF UTILIZING LICENSED BUILDERS, PROMOTE PROFESSIONALISM IN THE INDUSTRY.
