They ensure that vital care and information are accessible helping families feel supported and empowered to take charge of their health. CHWs offer health education and guide people to resources ensuring that every ohana recieves support uniquely tailored to their needs. It is through their dedication that Ke Ola Mamo continues to improve health and wellbeing across Oahu.
