Our Mission Golden Empire Affordable Housing Inc. is a registered 501c3 organization. The specific charitable purposes of this corporation are to expand the opportunities available to residents and groups in Kern County so that they may be able to obtain adequate lowcost housing accommodations by constructing rehabilitating and providing decent safe and sanitary housing in Kern County for persons or families of low and moderateincome who otherwise would not be able to find or afford a suitable place to live.
