Formed in 1982 Representing Central Lincoln PUD Clatskanie PUD Columbia River PUD Emerald PUD Northern Wasco County PUD and Tillamook PUD 2024 Elected Board President Our mission is to support our community. We are committed to providing prompt safe clean reliable utilities at the lowest cost possible to serve the best customers in the world. Charles Kimball serves as Emerald Peoples Utility District board president representing Subdivision 5 Including Coburg Goshen Mohawk Valley and communities in Creswell.
