In 1999 our forward thinking shelter had a dream. This was the year The Shelter Connection was realized as a group of volunteers entered the shelters doors with likeminded goalsto improve the lives of shelter dogs while they await adoption. Our successes to say the least are beyond what we could even have imagined.
