Our Mission Growing The Grassroots is a nonprofit with the mission to provide comprehensive agriculture education in Sierra Leone to help overcome high poverty rates felt by over 60 of the population. Our Projects Njala Study A Njala University collaborative study found that growing groundnuts with compost only yielded 85 as well as NPK while costing 70 less. Built Largest Elementary School Built and now operate the largest public elementary school in Sierra Leone where 200 children are enrolled and more join each month.
