To assist intelligent and motivated people who are speech and mobility impaired find jobs that lead to a ongoing successful vocational careers. All funds will provide workshops and other support such as job coaching, etc., to help people choose jobs, develop job skills, and gain work experiences so they become productive appreciated workers who are respected by their peers and are rewarded accordingly.
