The mission of Smithwick Station is two part: o To provide compassionate care and rehabilitation for injured, sick, or orphaned wildlife, and ultimately release rehabilitated wildlife back into their natural habitats. o Provide care and veterinary resources to domestic animals in need, as well as find loving, long-term homes for who can be placed. We strive to educate the public on the importance of wildlife conservation and responsible pet ownership, while promoting the coexistence between humans and animals.
