Planet Drum Foundation is a 501(c)(3) ecological educational nonprofit founded in 1973. Our mission is to promote, encourage and educate residents about ecologically resilient and sustainable living in one’s bioregion. (bioregion: a geographic area of interconnected natural systems often defined by a watershed.) Planet Drum’s bioregional approach includes both the ecological and human-cultural aspects of a place.
