The Oregon Coast Small Animal Rescue mission is to reduce feral populations and associated diseases through a dedicated spay and neuter program. We are dedicated to providing a safe, happy and healthy environment until animals in our care find their forever homes. We ensure the continued care of pets from our facility through a standardized adoption application process, and a return-to-base assurance program that allows any animal who has been in our care to return here at any time, for any reason
