The Building Change mission is to revitalize communities by empowering citizens, home and commercial property owners and occupants, to transform aging housing into comfortable, efficient, healthy, safe homes. We engage in consumer and trade education, collaborate with local governments, and are developing an accessible tech solution whereby citizens establish ownership of the data their residential or commercial property generates, and leverage it to fund vital improvements to redefine sustainable prosperity. We prioritize underserved communities, particularly for low to moderate income homeowners and aging in place seniors. Homeownership is a right that should be protected, healthy homes nurture healthy citizens to thrive and contribute in meaningful ways/
