Foundation for the Provo-Jordan River Parkway
The Jordan River Foundation is the DBA for the Foundation for the Provo-Jordan River Parkway. We support communities to preserve & enhance life & enjoyment of your Jordan River Parkway trail & environment. The Jordan River flows over 50 miles from Utah Lake north to the Great Salt Lake wetlands. The river flows through three counties - Utah, Salt Lake and Davis - and 15 cities. This Wasatch Front Region is classified as urban and is where more than 80 percent of Utah's 3 million residents live and work. Within this setting, the Jordan River Parkway runs along the river and provides a system of natural areas, recreation and nature trails, parks, and a wealth of opportunities for people to experience and learn about the natural world and enjoy the outdoors.
