Black and Brown Theatre

Black and Brown Theatre is a non-profit arts Organization creating opportunities for theatre artists of color and their communities through live performances, digital content, workshops and special events. We believe in the motto that Black and Brown Theatre is "wherever you are," meaning that we perform in schools, museums, libraries, parks and other public places where community members already spend their time; we also upload a plethora of digital content to our website and social media pages so that audiences an experience Black and Brown Theatre from the comfort of their screens. Additionally, we are inspired directly by the input of community members through our programs such as Our Voices and Spotlight, which give everyday people the opportunity to control our programming.
