Caped Crusaders Cat Rescue is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Licensed Foster-Based Cat Rescue in Franklin County, Missouri. Zachary and Alexandria Stroup have a passion for rescuing animals and have been working with cats for many years. Our mission statement is to make a dent in the homeless cats and kittens population in Missouri. We rescued 422 cats in 2022.
