Starting today, our CEO Mark Pooler and his wife Dawn will be running, biking 2.6 miles, or exercising for 26-minutes each day as part of our R4C 26-Day Challenge to support the Race4Chase Triathlon Program. They are part of a team of 26+ volunteers at each of our YMCA branches that have joined our cause in memory of each of Chase’s classmates and teachers who were taken from us way too early on December 14, 2012. Each day starting June 1, a new volunteer will join the cause and run, swim, bike, or exercise continuously until June 26. Each volunteer is helping to support our overall goal of $42k so we can offer a FREE kids triathlon program to 80+ children this summer.
