Our coordinated, collaborative services build partnerships with the critical players in youth employment ? students, parents, high schools, youth programs and employers ? to accomplish what none can do alone: provide coaching to develop low income and minority teens academic, extracurricular, and service achievement; mentors to build cultural and professional competencies; career education to explore interests and opportunities; income to support college and family finances; and impactful internships that motivate teens talent and dreams without limits.
