Glendas Garden
Glendas Garden provides BIPOC-focused outreach to the unhoused, low-barrier transitional housing, and hands-on case management to facilitate the transition to sustainable housing. Given that providing housing alone will not ensure a successful transition, participants are given full-spectrum, individually tailored support for mental health, recovery, social, structural, and other needs.
