TO ENHANCE THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OF THE CONSULTING ENGINEERING AND LAND SURVEYING PROFESSIONS AND SERVE ITS MEMBERS BY OFFERING CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS, TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO COLLEGE STUDENTS IN ENGINEERING DEGREE PROGRAMS.
